Elisabetta's Ristorante
My notes
Located in the old 32 East space and operating under the name, Elisabetta’s, it offers the same menu and is using the same ingredients as the original Louis Bossi on Las Olas in Ft. Lauderdale and Palmetto in Boca. The first floor, with a small amount of sidewalk seating and a large bar, is lively. If you’re looking for a quieter atmosphere you will want to eat upstairs. This is a good place to go with a group who would enjoy sharing charcuterie and cheeses as their appetizers. The menu is primarily Italian, but there are enough traditional items to accommodate most palates. While I don’t think either the Boca or Delray versions are up to the same level as the original, this is certainly a welcome addition to Delray. The restaurants are owned by the same group running City Oyster and Rocco’s Tacos, and this is a very popular destination. Reservations are available and highly recommended.
