Located in the Ray Hotel, Akira Bach, which bills itself as modern Japanese fare with a Korean influence, is one of Chef Back’s 17 (and growing) worldwide locations. During a recent visit we sampled across the entire menu and every dish was excellent. They have a nice outdoor seating area which is much quieter than inside. If you do sit inside, bring a warm layer.
