La Nouvelle Maison is considered the best restaurant in Boca by many. On Palmetto, just west of the waterway, this classic French establishment does some of my favorite things extremely well. Russian caviar (on Monday nights it’s half-price), sauteed foie gras, delicious bread and cheeses and at least three souffle choices for dessert. Go hungry and enjoy!
